标题: 电磁炉风扇不转的维修经验
故障现象：风机不转（指示灯正常）。故障现象分析：根据电磁炉原理推测，造成该故障现象的原因基本可以分为两种情况：

一、若电磁炉能正常加热，而风机不转。则说明5V电源正常，18V电源正常。其故障范围应在风机控制电路和风机本身。

二、若电磁炉不能正常加热，而风机不转。则说明故障多出现在18V电源和单片机上。

故障电路推断： 5V稳压电路、18V稳压电路、风机电路。

维修指引：通电测量18V供电输出电压18.01V正常，在开机状态下测量Q10（D667）三极管的B极电压为0.7V左右正常。再用镊子短路三极管 D667的CE极时，风极运转正常。此时，可以推断故障应为三极管Q10（D667）不良。取下D667测量发现其BC极已开路，更换后试机，确认故障排除。
