为何无法安装Symantec AntiVirus 10.1

&nbsp;我们单位的服务器上安装的是Windows 2000 Server系统，在安装Symantec AntiVirus 10.1服务器端时发现问题，“更新服务器”时提示“拒绝访问”，而在安装服务器时提示“找不到网络名”。请问这是什么原因？<br />

这可能是服务器名称的解析与默认共享的问题，解决方法：首先启动Windows 2000的默认共享：打开注册表编辑器，依次找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE&#92;System&#92;CurrentControlSet&#92;Services&#92;LanmanServer&#92;Parameters，然后将AutoShareServer值设为1，再将HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE&#92;System&#92;CurrentControlSet&#92;Services&#92;LanmanServer&#92;Parameters下的AutoShareWKs值设为1。重新启动系统，再打开命令提示符窗口，使用net share ADMIN$=C:&#92;WINNT及net share C$=C:&#92;两条命令设置默认共享，再重新安装Symantec AntiVirus 10.1即可。
