弱电系统中哪些线缆需要做接地？

我们设计中常涉及到的系统有电话网络系统，消防报警系统，有线电视系统，视频监控系统等等

<br />我问过别人，传递电信号的需要接浪涌保护器接地，比如电话电缆，而光信号不需要接地，比如光缆，是这样吗？
<br />
<br />有线电视电缆、视频监控中的那些视频线，控制线是属于电信号需要接地吗？电源线是否要接地？
<br />

<br />还有个关于接地的问题，比如我从一个机房里分出电话电缆或有线电视同轴电缆去另一个地方，中间是一个院子，埋地敷设，那么在该电缆的两边都需要加浪涌保护器接地吗？我觉得应该是，因为雷会打到两个地方之间的这部分电缆，如果两边有一边没接地的话那这边就得受雷击，是这样吗？

有线电视电缆应该做接地，但是在楼外光站处光机箱已经做了接地的可以不用单独再做接地。。

额。。那么在一段电缆的两端是否都应该接浪涌保护器接地呢？中间是个露天的
